Payment & Refund Policy

METHODS OF PAYMENT

We accept the following forms of payment for our Services & Products:

1.     Payment by Zelle – At no extra charge, you can use the online Zelle payment method. If you don’t already have a Zelle account through your bank, you can go to their site for instructions: www.Zelle.com. To pay using Zelle, add Barbara Holden to your Zelle contacts (310.428.8984). IMPORTANT TIP: To be sure you’re connecting with us, for your initial payment we recommend first sending a test payment of $5.00, which we’ll confirm when it’s received. After that you can send the remainder of the payment with confidence.

2.     Payment by Credit Card or Debit Card – Let us know if you’d like to pay by Card, and we’ll send you an invoice which contains a link to our Credit Card Payment Portal. An upcharge of 3% will be applied to all payments by Credit or Debit Card.

3.     Payment by Check – You may also pay by check, paid to the address below. Once we receive your check, our Team will get started on your Project. No transaction fee.

OUR REFUND POLICY

We’re always excited at the prospect of working on your Project, but if you have any doubts whatsoever about making your purchase, we recommend you take the extra time to consider before moving forward with it. Website Services Cancellation & Refund Policy

30% fee for Cancellation Fee when in progress, 80% cancelation fee when site design is delivered for Client review, non-refundable once complete.

Logo Design

40% cancelation fee when in progress, non-refundable once Artwork Delivered.

Expert Services

If an Expert Service (Coaching, Consulting, etc.) has already been performed, then it is non-refundable. If the Expert Service has not yet been performed, it is eligible for refund within 15 days of the date of the purchase.

SEO Services

You can cancel SEO Services at any time and we will not bill you for future months. However, you will not be refunded the cost of the present or past months since the service has already been performed. If you cancel SEO Services and request a refund within 48 hours of initially purchasing or renewing, you can receive a full refund for that month of service. After 48 hours, however, you are responsible for paying for that month, but will not be billed for future months.

Hosting Services

If a Hosting Service has already been performed, then it is non-refundable (if not yet performed, eligible for a refund within 30 days of the date of the transaction).

Social Media Management

You can cancel Social Media Management at any time and we will not bill you for future months. However, you will not be refunded the cost of the present or past months since the service has already been performed. If you cancel Social Media Management and request a refund within 48 hours of initially purchasing or renewing, you can receive a full refund for that month of service. After 48 hours, however, you are responsible for paying for that month, but will not be billed for future months.
